🖤 Who makes Aetherveil Creations jewelry?
Each piece is handmade by Cathy, the creator behind Aetherveil Creations.
Every link is woven with care and precision — blending the artistry of traditional chainmail with the strength and style of modern jewelry.
⚙️ What materials do you use?
All rings, charms, and attachments are made from high-quality stainless steel, chosen for its durability, hypoallergenic nature, and resistance to tarnish and rust.
Any beads used are premium Czech crystal or natural gemstones.
🌒 How should I care for my jewelry?
Think of your jewelry as modern armor — designed to endure, but deserving of care.
- Stainless steel requires minimal upkeep. Simply wipe with a soft, dry cloth to restore shine.
- Avoid wearing your jewelry while sleeping, swimming, showering, or exercising. Prolonged contact with water, sweat, or chemicals (lotions, soaps, perfume) can dull the finish over time.
- Store all pieces in a dry, clean place when not in use.
- Though stainless steel is sturdy, handwoven chainmail is delicate by nature — treat it kindly and it will last for years.
📏 Can I order a custom size or design?
Yes! Many necklaces and bracelets include length options directly on their product pages.
If you’d like something entirely unique, please use the Custom Order Form — I will work with you to create a made-to-measure or one-of-a-kind design.
🖤 Can I change the earring closure?
Absolutely. Standard, all earrings come on clicker hoops (14-16–18 mm round, 0.8 mm pin — suitable for standard and stretched piercings). If you prefer, a hook closure is available free of charge — just mention it in your order notes.
💌 How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Ready-made pieces ship within 2 workdays via Bpost.
- Delivery time:
– Belgium: around 2 workdays
– Europe: 2–10 workdays - Preorders/backorders are handmade within 7 workdays for jewelry pieces.
Larger creations (belts, tops, etc.) have their own timeframes listed on the product page. - Currently shipping to select European countries only.
No shipping to UK or US until customs stabilize. - If you choose untracked shipping, please note Aetherveil Creations cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.
- Prefer another courier? UPS, DHL, and tracked express shipping are available upon request.
✨ Can I share photos of my jewelry?
Yes, please! Seeing your pieces worn means the world.

🛠️ Can you repair or adjust my jewelry?
Yes — I stand by the durability and craftsmanship of every Aetherveil piece.
If a clasp breaks, I’ll happily replace it free of charge.
You’ll be responsible for sending the piece back to me, but I’ll cover the return shipping once it’s repaired.
If a specific design issue occurs (such as a faulty ring style), I’ll replace those items free of charge.
If your piece needs adjustment (for example, resizing a bracelet or necklace), this can also be done by sending it back — though I recommend measuring carefully before ordering to avoid extra wait time.
At events, you’re welcome to bring your existing Aetherveil pieces for repairs, adjustments, or maintenance — no shipping needed!
